Pulling from humble roots in rural Nebraska, collegiate athlete experiences, a decade in corporate sales and management, a master’s degree in business, and a motherhood to a toddler, Sara strives to bring a unique perspective to health, wellness and the balance of life.

She researches, shares, and provides correct information on how to achieve your goals through a healthy and balanced lifestyle.  No crash dieting here! With an overwhelming amount of conflicting information available, it is hard to know where to turn!  Sara focuses on a healthy habits approach, changing you from the inside out.  

After working with clients for years in a gym setting through one-on-one sessions, Sara is excited to have the opportunity to leverage technology and expand her reach to work with clients all over the globe! She offers a variety of program options to provide you options on which method will work best for you!  Ultimately, the goal is for you to achieve success that will be maintained long term!
